At her age of 38, Bipasha follows a strict physical training routine and diet. She goes to the gym and also practices Yoga with her love Karan Singh Grover. She also posts the picture of workout and Yoga on social media to motivate her followers.

She had also released a fitness DVD with the tagline ‘Love Yourself.’ Her fitness regime includes two-hour workout every day. It is a combination of cardio and Yoga. According to media reports, Bipasha is keen enough in fitness to the extent that she even do as many as 108 Surya Namaskar, showing her passion towards it.

Bipasha usually eats a grant breakfast which includes porridge with skimmed milk, a lot of fruits, six egg whites and some almonds. She keeps it simple for lunch and dinner which ends with a dessert.
