Easy to Make Soup Recipe: Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients Required

  1. Butter -20g
  2. Garlic finely chopped- 2 cloves
  3. Chicken sliced- 5
  4. Chicken stock- 1L
  5. Creamed corn- 2 x 420g
  6. Drained corn kernels- 2 x 125g
  7. Sour cream- 1/4 cup
  8. Salt, sugar, and black pepper – to taste
  9. Chopped coriander leaves- 1/3 cup


  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over a medium flame.
  2. Add garlic paste and sauté it for 1 minute, then add the chicken slices and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add stock and stir creamed corn, corn kernels, and sugar. Close it with a lid.
  4. When it boils then simmer for 15 minutes or until the consistency is good as per your taste.
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves when ready to serve.
