Emma Stone, who told Vogue Magazine in 2012 that she grew up suffering from anxiety and panic attacks, has again opened up about her struggle with the illness in a new video.

The La La Land actress is just the first in a series of stars who will be joining the Child Mind Institute’s #MyYoungerSelf campaign.

Emma Stone suffered from anxiety ever since she was a child.

In the video, the Oscar-winning actress, 28, talks about what she’d want children going through anxiety to know.

“It’s so normal. Everyone experiences a version of anxiety or worry in their lives. And maybe we go through it in a different or more intense way for longer periods of time, but there’s nothing wrong with you,” she says.

Stone teamed up for a campaign with the Child Mind Institute.

The actress opened up about her battle with anxiety in a video for the campaign.

Stone also opens up about how methods like meditation and therapy help her manage the condition, which the actress has been dealing with since childhood.

“There are so many tools you can learn for it that have led to me living a pretty normal, exciting and vibrant life,” she says.
