Malaika Arora Khan is one of the most sought-after models in India and what makes her look younger even at the age of 44 years is, of course, is her fitness routine and diet. Despite her busy schedule, Malaika also finds time for her daily fitness training.

Recently, she has posted a video on Instagram in which she was seen doing Pilates. Though she described that she was just monkeying around, it is difficult to do such work-outs for the beginners.

It is through sheer practice and determination; a person could reach that level of expertise. Instead of just training in a gym, Malaika focuses on including different fitness styles in her activities. She practices kickboxing and also work-out at the gym at least three days a week.

Malaika is an excellent dancer and practices Bharathanatyam and Ballet dance. She also does aerobics and goes jogging or swimming in between.

So, her fitness routine indicates that a perfect body can be maintained through incorporating different fitness activities into your daily life. It can be dance or aerobics.
