Priyanka Chopra’s One Simple Rule for Wellness and Beauty

Priyanka Chopra is busy with a handful of projects in both Bollywood and Hollywood. The Indian actress and singer – and Miss World 2000 – has been juggling work between India and the US. Still, she is not affected by the hectic schedule. Still, she is fresh and pretty as ever. So, what is the secret?

The 34-year-old Chopra, in a recent interview with the modern luxury magazine, says that she ensures she gets adequate hours of sleep every night. She adds that a good night sleep is the one thing she will not compromise on.

“My one definite rule is I get eight hours of sleep. I have to fight for it with my team,” Chopra says. “That’s something I try and maintain because then you can function at your optimum, and you can [work] crazy hours.”

Chopra graces the May 2017 cover of the magazine. In the accompanying interview, she gets candid about her experience in Hollywood, personal life, professional life, and feminism.

For Chopra, her busy schedule began at the age of 17 when she won the Miss World title. She then stepped into the world of Bollywood with ‘The Hero: Love Story of a Spy.’ The FBI agent, Alex Parrish – her role in the second season of the ABC thriller Quantico – is a big hit. The Baywatch, her Hollywood debut, will hit cinemas on May 25, 2017.
